About Mr Rafique

Mr Bilal Rafique is a highly experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon with an extensive background in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Mr. Rafique currently works as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, part of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He holds multiple fellowships including the prestigious FRCS (Plast) and FEBOPRAS, and has completed the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) Aesthetic Mentorship Programme.
