The Story
Enhancing Rae’s Confidence
Rae turned to Enhance after spending her adult life feeling unhappy with her natural boobs. As a mum to 2 daughters, she wanted to show them what self-confidence looks like, both physically and mentally.

Top tips for people wanting surgery
Plan ahead! I really couldn’t do much with my arms at all, so I’d bath cooked food, arranged for my supermarket shop to be delivered, and made sure I had plenty of help with the kids being picked up every day that first week.
Drink lots of water! I was so unbelievably bloated and it makes you feel pretty rough but I kept drinking water to flush it out and it really helped.
Have a V-shaped pillow for your bum! Honestly, I could cope with sleeping at an angle but what I didn’t think about was the constant numb bum I would get. I found putting a V pillow under my lower back and bum helped with this massively.
Go easy on yourself and don’t compare your recovery to others.Some girls find it a breeze, others don’t. Listen to your body and if it’s telling you to rest, just enjoy the excuse to not do much at all. If you do things at your own pace, you’ll find your recovery much easier.
