For our Lipoelastic & Macom garments please note, although your have ordered your garments together, they will be delivered separately and will need to be returned separately.

In addition to this, if you order a Lipoelastic & Macom garment, there will only be one shipping charge applied.

Once your order has been received we will not be able to edit this order.

Lipoelastic Delivery & Returns

Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail service that takes 3+ working days – the costs of delivery is £3.50


  • You have 14 days to return your order
  • Garments/bra cannot be washed or dry cleaned
  • For health and safety reasons, any product worn post-surgery cannot be returned
  • A refund can take up to 14 days to be processed
  • Returned product needs to be in original condition and the original plastic bag with a barcode
  • Returns must be sent via post (we recommend using a tracked delivery)
  • Fill in details on the back of thank you card – Return form
  • Fill in your order number, your name and reason for return and send it back with the product
  • If you lost the card, please print out a new one or include a paper with your name, order number and return reason
  • You will receive an email once your return is received
  • If you wish to exchange your garment, please place a new order and send the unwanted size for a refund

Macom Delivery & Returns

Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail service that takes 3+ working days – the costs of delivery is £3.50


  • Allow 5 working days from receipt of goods for refunds to be processed.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or style, please return the garment and make a new order.
  • As long as your return is postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order and it fits all of our returns criteria on the Returns form, you are still eligible for a refund.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The money can take up to 14 working days to be seen in your statements. If it is past the 14 working days and you still haven’t received any money, please call 020 7351 0488.
  • Unfortunately you are not able to send back any items for return once the tag has been removed.
  • When returning item(s), we strongly advise sending back Recorded Delivery to ensure tracking. Use the cheapest traceable service at your local Post Office.
