The Story
Enhancing Mel’s Confidence
Mel came to Enhance in 2021 after spending 10 years debating whether or not to take the plunge and upgrade her “lil baby boobs”. In that time, she had 5 different consultations but didn’t ever follow through with surgery as it didn’t feel right. Then she found Enhance.
She knew Mr Maklad was the right surgeon for her during the first consultation. He listened, understood her needs and didn’t try to push surgery on her. In fact, he was very honest about the potential downsides of breast augmentation given her situation as a bikini competitor. With lots of training in the gym and fluctuating body weight, Mel and her surgeon opted for 300cc High Profile Round implants to go over the muscle.

Top tips for people wanting surgery
