Tip: We recommend purchasing multiple bras to ensure you always have a clean one available while washing the other—keeping incisions clean is essential for proper healing.

When to Wear the macom® Sports Bra After Surgery

  • Breast Augmentation – after 6-8 weeks

  • Material
    The macom® garments are made from 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane, ensuring a comfortable and supportive fit. All products are 100% latex-free, making them safe for those with sensitive skin. The fabric is fully breathable and hypoallergenic, designed to prevent body heat retention for all-day comfort. To maintain the quality and effectiveness of your macom® garments, it’s recommended to hand wash them only at a maximum temperature of 30°C. After washing, air dry the garments to avoid any damage. It’s important to avoid using bleach or fabric conditioner, as they can damage the fabric. Additionally, refrain from tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning, as these processes can permanently alter the shape and reduce elasticity. Using solvents to remove stains is also discouraged, as it may damage the material. By following these care instructions, you can ensure the fit, comfort, and durability of your macom® garments are preserved.
  • Delivery & Returns
    We ship all UK orders, with a dispatch time of 3+ working days (Monday to Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

    The shipping fee will be, £3.50 for all UK orders.

    For our Lipoelastic & Macom garments please note, although your have ordered your garments together, they will be delivered separately from the garment manufacturers and will need to be returned separately. In addition to this, if you order a Lipoelastic & Macom garment, there will only be one shipping charge applied.

    Once your order has been received we will not be able to edit this order.
