The macom® Sleeping Bralette is a compression bra designed for first-stage recovery after various breast surgeries. This bra is a new addition to our compression range, offering both functionality and comfort.

Key features include double layer around the back will give an extra support and hold your cups in place when lying down as well as No eye hooks fastening. The soft stability band ensures the bra stays securely in place without rolling up, making it an excellent choice for post-surgery patients needing shoulder support and easy access.

As part of the LUXURA by macom range, the Sleeping Bralette delivers a luxurious feel similar to the softest jersey, but better. The LUXURA fiber technology is quick-drying and low hydrophilic, maintaining an optimal healing environment that reduces the risk of infection and skin erythema.

Its breathable, cool-touch technology soothes the skin while subtly enhancing natural curves. The hypoallergenic formula has been extensively tested on all skin types, providing supreme comfort even for the most sensitive skin.

  • Material
    macom® garments are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane. All products are 100% latex free. They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic, and do not retain body heat. All macom®​ products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried. Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity. Do not remove stains with solvents.   • Delivery & Returns
    We ship all UK orders, with a dispatch time of 3+ working days (Monday to Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

    The shipping fee will be, £3.50 for all UK orders.

    For our Lipoelastic & Macom garments please note, although your have ordered your garments together, they will be delivered separately from the garment manufacturers and will need to be returned separately. In addition to this, if you order a Lipoelastic & Macom garment, there will only be one shipping charge applied.

    Once your order has been received we will not be able to edit this order.
